Very unhappy with runaround from customer service. The toppers straps that are to hold it onto the mattress keep slipping off so topper doesn't stay in place.
Contacted CS after a promise to replace just cover with straps further apart it is now 2 months, no replacement just runaround.
Too long to go into all the BS they have put me through. I feel they have been messing with me since first contact. At least 10 responses from them but no follow up on their promise of new cover
