This is the best sleep I've had in years. It's comfortable, cool and great on pressure relief. I've had lifelong issues with muscle cramps and this pillow seems to absorb them providing instant relief!My only slight issue is that my deep fit sheets and mattress covers required ¡°suspenders¡± to keep them in place.Love it!
