My succulents arrived in decent condition; the variegated string of hearts were dry but I re-potted in my own mix and watered, they immediately plumped up. One of the Chroma was buried 3 layers under soil. Again, since I re-potted the next day, I was able to pull it up and all 3 I ordered are doing fine. Overall I would order from here again.
