“I ordered 2 Victoria reginae agave. Was very excited to get them. The first set got smashed in shipping because of poor packaging. They were in a box with lots of room for them to slam around. Almost all the leaves were broken. Unfortunately the replacement pair of plants arrived just as damaged. This could have all been avoided if they had only been packed with care and aom insulation to protect them during shipping.”
