“The plant did not arrive in a pot. Maybe a missed something. This was for a person in a senior home who would not have access to planting the plant. Fortunately, someone did that for her.”

“Very impressed by the prices for a variety of species that I was looking for. I purchased a single Ice Plant that arrived rather quickly but was not packaged properly and not in good shape. It had brown and wilted leaves and nearly all the dirt had spilled out of the pot and into the box it was shipped in.”

“I had trouble ordering a certain succulent. I emailed you, and was told, simple, clear the unsuccessful order, and begin again. The AHA moment came when I realized the succulent I wanted was simply not available at Succulents Depot now. In fact it was not available at any other site I had visited. But now that I have learned how to your system, I a plant in the same family, one I also liked. It hasn’t come yet, so I can’t compliment service, but I’m sure it will arrive in great condition.”

“I ordered 10 different succulents and they all came packed well. I did have to kill 2 little spiders that were hiding inside. I was disappointed by the crimson tide, looked like it was dying but I have it coming back with new leaves growing. Overall for the prices I was pretty impressed”

“I ordered three cactus.. Only one had its roots covered with dirt. One was completely free of dirt just banging around the box which was crushed upon arrival. The other cactus was in two pieces floating in the box. One piece was dead. I planted them and I dont know if any will survive. This is the last time I order anything from succulents Depot. A waste of money.”
