“The shipping was extremely poor. The packaging quality was so bad that when I opened the box most of the dirt was just rattling around the inside loose. Of the 9 plants I ordered, 2 have already died because they were shipped rotting (pictures attached).”

“Order 7 Plants all together and all came well packaged and in good shape. Except for the expected few leaves lost, the plants have recovered well after just two days with new leaf growth evident. “Packed well for shipping and arrived in excellent condition. Very pleased. Two other mail order vendors sent plants with soaking wet roots and both died within a few days. This variety can't survive that sort of treatment. My plant is already blooming and looks very healthy after a few days in sun and repotting.”
