“I believe this was my third order from Succulents Depot. On all occasions, all the plants arrived healthy, in good condition, and in a timely manner. I mostly order cactus from them and all have done well. Succulents Depot offers a variety of cactus and at very reasonable prices. They also offer some interesting and popular houseplants. I am very happy to do business with Succlents Depot and I highly recommend them. I expect to be ordering more from them in the future.”

“The elephant bush plants were dried out. They needed better packaging, especially this time of year. I planted them immediately in well draining soil and watered them heavily for three weeks. They now look great.”

“While the customer service was nice, I have STILL yet to receive my package as well as I told the people I DID NOT want that horrible GOFO service delivering my plants again after being replaced once. I would even pay the extra fees for UPS or USPS. Because twice now, GOFO always gets to a point Melrose Park Illinois and Then BAM! Suddenly my package falls off the earth for literal DAYS and my tracking doesn't update after its several other rapid stops. The first time I was glad I ordered the insurance, but now I don't know at all. Before this business was wonderful and prompt but now it leaves something to be desired! All I wanted was my purchase.”
