“I ordered 4 plants and 2 of them were spiral succulents and both died within 3 days. I'm not sure if it was because the roots were exposed and not well potted in the transport.”

“My plants came with a white powdery on the leaves. It would not wipe off and they came with mites or something. Very poor quality overall. I am trying to keep them alive but 4 died. Not a fan. I want to ask for a refund or something but I don’t think this will happen”

“Very impressed by the prices for a variety of species that I was looking for. I purchased a single Ice Plant that arrived rather quickly but was not packaged properly and not in good shape. It had brown and wilted leaves and nearly all the dirt had spilled out of the pot and into the box it was shipped in.”

“I had trouble ordering a certain succulent. I emailed you, and was told, simple, clear the unsuccessful order, and begin again. The AHA moment came when I realized the succulent I wanted was simply not available at Succulents Depot now. In fact it was not available at any other site I had visited. But now that I have learned how to your system, I a plant in the same family, one I also liked. It hasn’t come yet, so I can’t compliment service, but I’m sure it will arrive in great condition.”
