“I wish you had supplied instructions in the box on how to handle these plants instead of buried on an email which I didnt see till later. I used scissors to cut the paper cutting the plants. They were all dried out. Was i supposed soak them in water or just plant the bone dry roots directly into the ground. I did buy cactus soil. They seem ok. But a single sheet of instructions would be greatly appreciated in the box. Nancy Schaecher”

“I ordered the 6 inch cut and rooted monkey tails. I ordered 5 and they all were healthy with nice roots. They were very dirty where the dirt had spilled all in the box. I was able to take a soft toothbrush to easily clean em up. One if them already had a bud so just a few weeks later I have a beautiful bloom. Very happy with purchase.”

“Item arrived healthy green in excellent condition was a bit shocked. There was no pot but I get it save on shipping cost but all in all great experience. The plant is alive. Still came wrapped really well and I recommend them highly.”

“NEVER RECEIVED MY DARK MAGIC PLANT AFTER WAITING A GOOD WHILE UNDERSTANDING BECAUSE OF DISTANCE DID NIT CONTACT CARD FOR REFUND SINCE I DID RECEIVE MESSAGE THAT ANOTHER PLANT WOULD BE SENT REASON FOR NOT DELIVERING ONCE PLANT ARRIVED IN URBANA, ILLINOIS WAS THERE WAS NO STREET ADDRESS. NOT SURE HOW THIS COULD BE TRUE SINCE YOUR STORE HAD PROVIDED ALL INFO FOR DELIVERY. I did try to reach delivery department here but no response. Closed till Monday . So sad”
