“Got more than I bargained for. I got my plants in 6 days and the heat pack was still warm. The Christmas Cactus was much bigger than I thought it would be. I actually was able to get four seperate plants from one. I will definitely buy from here again. Thank You! Louis Papp”

“Love all the things I have purchased Succulents Depot over the past couple years. I'm amazed by how fast they grow All the starter plants I have purchased over the past couple years have done well. No dead plants or ones that didn't row. (Like some of the other places i have purchased from) I will definitely continue to shop here as I expand my succulent collection. Thank you for your wonderful plants! (0n a side note...it would help some people to get your care & instruction information with the orders. I already know how to plant & care for them but some people don't. That information is included with my order most times but sometimes like this order did not come with the succulents.) Not a criticism at all, just a reminder. Even I like to brush up on things from time to time. Great job! Thank you so much.”

“I am happy with my purchase, but it took 8 days in transit which is longer than what I expected. There were several bare root clades and one was froze. But the others seemed to be ok. I had the larger heat pack as I live in Mn. Thankfully it wasn’t during our really cold spell. The others seem to be doing o k.”

“My variegated Christmas cactus were not variegated. They knew by looking at them when they packed the order. I thought I’d give them a little time to grow and see if they needed more time to produce variegation. They have grown much and still no variegation. Both emails to customer service have gone unanswered. Very unfortunate. I wouldn’t mind the cactus being a scam, yes a scam because they took my money and promised a product that they did not send. I have green Christmas cactus. Didn’t need three more. But it is the customer service that really bothers me. If you can’t respond to your customers your business is trash. We are the reason you are in business. Anyway. Thanks for nothing.”
