“From ordering to delivery Succulents Depot was very good… how ever using the USPO and our mail carrier is of concern. This carrier has been in question for my entire neighborhood since COVID. The pkg was damaged, and wet. I waited for the delivery that day because of the incompetence of this carrier. I had to ask for the pkg. She didn’t even deliver it. One plant was broken and the others small and missing part of its top. I am not really sure who is responsible here. I planted the cacti and am nursing them to grow and live. I am thinking they will be ok. Coming from CA to MI in mid December is quite a journey. I appreciate your efforts and would order from you again. Thank you!”

“I have ordered from Succulent Depot several times. The last time I ordered, I purchased a heat pack with my order just in case it got cold, as the weather had been mild where I lived. A cold spell came through just around the time my items were shipped. When received the little guys felt cold and I was worried that they wouldn’t make it. Well no need for worry, they are doing well. The packing is always great and I am excited to watch them grow. Thanks Succulent Depot for another great order!”
