“Everything was great! The roots of the string of pearls were a bit too wet which was surprising but it’s doing just fine so far. There was I’m assuming rust fungus on the curly succulent but I think it’ll be okay. And the dark green curly was mine already. You can’t expect everything to be perfect as they are living things shipped across the country. I love everything ❤️”

“I was excited about the string of pearls... it still looks good and healthy but the "Himalayan Skies" sedum looks terrible and nothing like the pictures online. The cactuses that I ordered seem to be doing ok.”

“The string of dolphins I ordered came through fine. However, the string of hearts I ordered has died within a week of receiving it. I am disappointed as this is the plan of the two that I really wanted.”

“I was very disappointed when my purchase arrived packaged only with a dry paper holding the roots in loose soil.the plant was void of moisture and barely alive. The advertised product was shown in a 4" grow pot but unfortunately that was not included in the box the plant was shipped in.”

“The plants I received were in good condition. 1 bear paw succulent lost several leaves but they are okay. Once I placed this order Succulents Depot replaced the plants that were frozen due weather. The plants I received from that order were in good shape. A couple were very dry but they will be fine with tender care. They did not have to replace the plants due to the fact that I did not request heat packs (don't think it would have helped) however, once I ordered again they replaced the entire order that was frozen. Thank you. I would recommend Succulents Depot.”
