“The shipping was extremely poor. The packaging quality was so bad that when I opened the box most of the dirt was just rattling around the inside loose. Of the 9 plants I ordered, 2 have already died because they were shipped rotting (pictures attached).”

“Order 7 Plants all together and all came well packaged and in good shape. Except for the expected few leaves lost, the plants have recovered well after just two days with new leaf growth evident. All plants were just as described and pictured on their website. I highly recommend Succulents Depot and will use them again!”

“If you're gonna take that long to ship or me to receive it, then it should be packed in soil. They were poorly packed and barely surviving. The trip I was completely flabbergasted. I will no longer be purchasing from you.”
