“The plant did not arrive in a pot. Maybe a missed something. This was for a person in a senior home who would not have access to planting the plant. Fortunately, someone did that for her.”

“The delivery was okay, most of the soil had spilled out of the pots because the pots were packed loose, not upright or supported. The String of Pearls is dead.😵”

“While the customer service was nice, I have STILL yet to receive my package as well as I told the people I DID NOT want that horrible GOFO service delivering my plants again after being replaced once. I would even pay the extra fees for UPS or USPS. Because twice now, GOFO always gets to a point Melrose Park Illinois and Then BAM! Suddenly my package falls off the earth for literal DAYS and my tracking doesn't update after its several other rapid stops. The first time I was glad I ordered the insurance, but now I don't know at all. Before this business was wonderful and prompt but now it leaves something to be desired! All I wanted was my purchase.”

“This is my second order from this company, and it was not as good as the first (which was perfect). The packaging was poor, and one of the plants was broken apart so badly that it could not be planted. The other two seemed fine but were not in pots, so when I planted them, their leaves started to dry up and look like they are going to fall off. : (”

“The plant arrived wrapped with only two small squares of toilet paper and a tiny piece of tape, which wasn't nearly enough to keep it secure during shipping. By the time I opened the box, the plant was completely buried in loose soil, and dirt spilled everywhere. I had to rinse the entire plant under water just to remove the remaining soil. Unfortunately, a fairly large piece of wood from the potting mix had shifted during transit and ended up impaling the plant, causing damage that could have been prevented with more secure packaging. Overall, the packaging left a lot to be desired. With a few additional precautions to stabilize the plant during shipping, I think this could have been avoided and would have made for a much better customer experience...”

“The root bases weren’t very developed. They were also damaged by temperature— perhaps my fault and I should have ordered more warming pads. I don’t think they’llre survivable— Bummer!”
