The plants were wrapped very poorly, most had lost what dirt they had. I’m trying to baby 2 of the plants back, but it doesn’t look good. Overall, the majority of the plants were much smaller than I expected and there wasn’t any identification or labeling of the plants. So it was very difficult to confirm what was received. Would not recommend the company, nor order again.

Those 2 inch plants are a little on the puny side. Sorry I bought them, will be surprised if they even live, let alone grow! Will never purchase that small again,shocked you would sale them that small!

It was a sizeable order but TWO were compromised. One was completely in pieces - I planted the pieces but they are small and most are turning black. The other was too dry, crumbled in my hands. I'm considering dropping my monthly subscription. Also, your system let me BUY 3 heat packs which surely weren't necessary in the box. One would have done.

This was the worst plant I have ever received y mail..and shame on the seller who take your money..and send the customer a plant that look so bad..I will never buy from this shop again..this plant look old and all most dead...what a shame.😱😟😝😱

this is not my first order from you -my first was great this one has been hit or miss some have died other are struggling and some are doing great-guess that is normal

Package arrived and the plant was not even in a pot! Dirt all over the place. The plant was limp from lack of water. I quickly planted it & watered it. A very poor business model.

Packaging for shipping was terrible. Box came destroyed. Two of my plants were totally gone, ripped apart.

Hello Support, I just finished potting the five plants I got from Succulentdepot today. I had ordered six plants. I was very happy that the order arrived so quickly, Thank you! What I am not particularly thrilled about is that one plant is missing. Here’s what I received: 1) Madagascar Ocotillo 2) Agave Montana 3) Crassula Ovata 4)Euphorbia Milii 5) Euphorbia Resinifera The one that is missing is the Schlumbergera Bridgesii! At first I thought I had overlooked something, but no the box is empty and the Schlumbergera is nowhere in sight. I know this must not be a big deal, on the other hand I would really like to get the stuff that I ordered. Thank you for your help. I’m sure you will rectify this situation to my satisfaction. Disappointed my 4in string of turtles came very over watered. Was hoping it would dry out but after about a week I had to propagate what I could after it started dying. Now it’s mostly rootless hopefully I can save some of it.

I’ve ordered from succulent depot numerous times. I’ve never had a problem. My past order, I ordered 10 plants. I realized after letting them sit after taking them out of shipping that I was missing two. I emailed them right away once I noticed. I had an immediate response the same night. I emailed them back and still haven’t heard about my missing plants. Yes, this company is thorough, but this time it wasn’t. I’m not the type to ask for more than what I paid for. I just want my two missing plants. I’m disappointed I still havet had a response back.

My order came to over $49 which included free EXPEDITED shipping. Order was shipped on a Wednesday, so I was expecting it Friday or Saturday. It sat in the mail system over the weekend, so I didn’t receive the package until Monday. It was too my surprise that it was shipped ground. The plant (tradescantia lavender) was filthy with water stains. And all the leaves closest to the soil were brown and dry. I literally had to save the plant by clipping and propping. This will probably be my last purchase with you guys as I have found other companies that take more pride in shipping, are honest about shipping times, & their plants always arrive in excellent condition.
