I was led to believe that I was buying a plant, not two bulbs. Very deceptive, I will not buy again.

I purchased two plants. One of them is growing well, but the other arrived in poor condition. I contacted customer service, and they advised me to give the plant a few days to recover. However, after four days, the plant died. I followed up by email, but it’s been a few days and I haven’t received a response.

I got it without a pot wrap in paper and feeling fortune. I’m desapointed.

Two of my plants were not in expected condition. One has recovered a couple weeks later, the other has not. It took them over a week to reply to my customer service message and I still have no resolution. Cannot recommend.

The extremely tiny succulents were sent in minature pots with soil. These were much smaller than I anticipated, and although packaged well, soil still ended up all over the inside of the box. I think they would have been better off being sent bareroot as the plants were completely dried up anyway.

So far only 2 of my 11 survived.

Didn’t like how they wrapped the plants and shove them in a box and they didn’t look well and I saved them

Plants wrapped in paper only. No pots or way to maintain moisture or way to allow light into box. Plants had yellowed and lost leaves after arrival.

Good plants, poor packaging, paper bags, caused leaf drop, and no ID tags on plants.

I'm trying to rehab them now, but one is on it's way out. The other two I have some hope for. HORRIBLY packaged. My Evanesce was poorly wrapped and didn't even have a nursery pot. Just loose, open, bone dry soil. I was not impressed. Not to mention, instead of getting a nicely established plant, I got two cuttings with super weak roots. Those were the ones loose without nursery pots. I will not be purchasing again. The quadricolor is the same situation, just a cutting with stringy, weak roots. Nothing established. It was at least in a nursery pot. Maybe I missed something and these are all rehab succs and/or cuttings and not established plants, but I wouldn't have gone through the hassle if I knew this was what I was in for. It at least arrived on time.

I was very disappointed in the condition that my 3 plants arrived in. My first clue was that in spite of them being well wrapped there was a large amount of potting soil in the box they cme in When I unwrapped the pots, the succulents in 2 of the pots were literally in pieces. ( Ilater order from another company and when I received their 2" pots, they actually had healthy plants 3" tall in each pot.)

Both the plants I ordered were half dead. I'm trying to save the parts I didn't cut off.

All three of them were poorly wrapped. I live in the hot desert, by the time they got to my house they were bone dry and falling apart

I almost never leave reviews, but I felt compelled to this time. This was my first order from Succulents Depot and I hate to say that I was not impressed. I ordered 8 plants in total. Three of those - almost half! - had issues. The Globosa arrived very dry and has not bounced back. The Isolatocereus dumortieri looked a little etiolated, which I've never seen happen during the short time a plant is in transit. There were also mealy bugs on the Ice Plant. I emailed Customer Service the day my package arrived, which was on a Saturday. I didn't expect to hear back over the weekend and I didn't. It did take 3 business days to receive a response. I was told that the cactus comes in different shapes and sizes and that mine was longer. I still feel that the tip of the cactus was etiolating, but I let it go. They offered a replacement Ice Plant and Globosa on my next order (which seemed a little presumptive to me), but I told them the Ice Plant would recover and asked them to send me a Globosa now, which they did. It arrived nice and hydrated, so that issue was fixed. They also said that they would work on pest treatment at their facility. I think that if I was more of an inexperienced hobbyist, my collection could have been devestated by the mealy bugs. To me, that is not a small issue. I've been collecting and growing succulents and cacti for about 8 years now; most of my plants are bought online from various sources, and it's only happened one, maybe two other times that I've received an infested plant. I understand that it could have just been a one-off problematic order, but I don't plan to shop here again. That was too much gone wrong/not to my liking and it didn't instill in me confidence in this seller.

The Jade plants came packed in a very strange way. Not instructions. The small baby plants were dry and semi dead. I hope someone calls me to support my purchased items.
