Subject: Concern About Condition of My Recent Succulent Order Dear Succulents Depot Team, I recently received my order of five baby succulents, and unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the condition they arrived in. All five plants were crammed into one small box, which had been stuffed into my apartment mailbox. It took quite a bit of maneuvering to remove it without damaging the contents, but even so, the plants inside were in poor shape. Three of the succulents arrived without pots—just loose root balls wrapped in a bit of paper. The soil had spilled everywhere, and the plants looked unhealthy from the start. Sadly, three of them have already died, and I’m doing my best to nurse the remaining two back to health. I’ve ordered from other succulent sellers before and have never received plants packaged this poorly. I was hoping for a much better experience, but based on this order, I probably wouldn’t purchase from your shop again unless packaging and plant quality improve. I wanted to share this feedback directly since your email invited honest input. I’d appreciate it if you could review your shipping and packaging process for small orders like mine to ensure healthier deliveries in the future. Plant came basically dead I tried planting it just in case I could save it but it died. It was not 4 in as described

Sadly, I was disappointed in the quality of plants and their packinging.....dirt all over the box with minimial roots. I am hoping to save a few of them.

I understand Aeoniums dont travel well byt they could have packed them much better. They looked really beat up. I hope they make it. Though it will be a very long time until they look better

All items were wilted, no planting instructions, should have been moistened and wrapped in plastic before shipping. But planted and watered them ,seems to be thriving so far.

Unfortunately the plants came with most of the soil in the box not in the pots. An arm was broken off one of the plants and the other was almost out of the package. Shipping looks to have been rough on them. I have them replanted and hopefully they will do ok.

First plants were horrible. Neglected and can't believe anyone would ship them out to a customer. So they sent replacement plants. One of them wasn't bad, but the other had burnt leaves on the ends of some of the leaves and a trunk like a tree. Wanted both for an arrangement I wanted to make, but can't because of the one looking like a tree. Sorry, but will not buy succulents from them again.

It’s insane you were too cheap to send them in a pot and just in paper. Unacceptable. I won’t be ordering again.

I was led to believe that I was buying a plant, not two bulbs. Very deceptive, I will not buy again.

I purchased two plants. One of them is growing well, but the other arrived in poor condition. I contacted customer service, and they advised me to give the plant a few days to recover. However, after four days, the plant died. I followed up by email, but it’s been a few days and I haven’t received a response.

Two of my plants were not in expected condition. One has recovered a couple weeks later, the other has not. It took them over a week to reply to my customer service message and I still have no resolution. Cannot recommend.

The extremely tiny succulents were sent in minature pots with soil. These were much smaller than I anticipated, and although packaged well, soil still ended up all over the inside of the box. I think they would have been better off being sent bareroot as the plants were completely dried up anyway.

Plants wrapped in paper only. No pots or way to maintain moisture or way to allow light into box. Plants had yellowed and lost leaves after arrival.
