“My plant finally arrived 9 days after it was supposed to. I messaged the seller and never heard back from them. We live one state away. It's a miracle that the plant was alive and I totally missed Christmas, which it was a gift for my mom.”

“I always ordered from your company with great success. However, this time I was disappointed. My plants weren’t packed securely and they were thrown around in shipping. Not enough plant substrate were in each little plastic pot.”

“I was really excited to get this plant. I was very disappointed when I opened the package. The plant looked very dry and yellowish green. It was not potted, just wrapped in paper. Dirt went everywhere when I opened the package. I don't think it's going to live.”

“I am very disappointed in the plant I received. It is much smaller than the 8" plant I paid for, has NO pink foliage at all and is in what appears to be a very unhealthy state. I am NOT pleased!”
