“My cactus pad was so tiny, it was hard to find in the packaging. Frankly, I thought it was over priced.”

“Plants were nothing in comparison to what was shown online in photos. One was actually nearly dead upon arrival. I’ve order from similar websites and had much better quality for same price. Very unlikely I would order again from SD.”

“At first the quality of the plants was great, now it's hit and miss. They are so small now, when they arrive, they are so beaten up and stressed, they soon die. Because of this, I will be canceling my subscription.”

“The Tradescantia 'Nanouk' Pink Wandering Dude × 1 came dead. Its bareroots are black and though i immerged it in water for an hour before planting it in a pot of soil, it died”

“First the package was super delayed. Then, My string of tears was so small and had only like 4 tears on it and the sedum takesimense variegated was darn near dead and dry by the time it arrived, the string of watermelon lost a bunch of it leaves. I get that it's been hot and that delays happen but i was excited about getting these plants and i was left feeling disappointed and not really wanting to make another purchase.”

“This is my 2nd order from Succulents Depot and I was disappointed that the plant arrived as cuttings laid on soil in a 4” pot and not rooted. Some cuttings were only 1” long. My 1st order was perfect and now I’ve lost a little faith.”
