“It arrived during a cold snap and the heat pack worked very well. The soil was all over the leaves and this was difficult to remove. It damaged some of the leaves. The root system was well developed and I believe the plant will recover.”

“The plants I received were in good condition. 1 bear paw succulent lost several leaves but they are okay. Once I placed this order Succulents Depot replaced the plants that were frozen due weather. The plants I received from that order were in good shape. A couple were very dry but they will be fine with tender care. They did not have to replace the plants due to the fact that I did not request heat packs (don't think it would have helped) however, once I ordered again they replaced the entire order that was frozen. Thank you. I would recommend Succulents Depot.”

“I am happy with my purchase, but it took 8 days in transit which is longer than what I expected. There were several bare root clades and one was froze. But the others seemed to be ok. I had the larger heat pack as I live in Mn. Thankfully it wasn’t during our really cold spell. The others seem to be doing o k.”

“Not anyone's fault but heated package was delayed due to snowstorm. The variegated pearls flowers died. Can anyone tell me do I cut them off and are they seeds? thank you”

“My plant looks dead. I’m hopeful that it will come back. Right now I’m waiting to see if that will happen. Otherwise a pretty positive interaction. The plant was shipped out quickly and packed well. I was glad that they offered the plant I was wanting at a pretty reasonable price.”

“I ordered a Christmas Cactus and a Mother of Thousands. They both arrived a little limp which I expected with them travelling all the way to Georgia. The cactus eventually started to recover but the Mother of Thousands never sprang back.”

“I purchased 5 plants which i received yesterday. 3 of these were beautiful but unfortunately 2 were not healthy. I ordered a 4 inch pink beauty that came as a 2 inch and I dont think it's going to make it. I will purchase again from this site as the 3 are thriving and I believe will be in the long run. The last picture is the one who doesn't look good..”
