“I need to apologize first to the employee who injured themselves on my order. There was some blood on the packaging and after getting pricked by the cacti, I understand now. Plants arrived in expected condition, the pickle plant was DOA but I forgot to take pictures/contact within 24 hours so that's partially on me. The biplanata still looks rough, but she's making a great comeback. If it wasn't for the pickle plant this would be 5 stars!”

“Although all 4 arrived, some were out of the pot and hopefully will be OK. They were repotted that afternoon. I think a more secure system in their mailing would get a 5 star out of me.”

“Stalk of plant was broken I don't know if it will survive. Plus it took a long time shipping in bad conditions.”

“the string of pearls was in very good shape and a good size. my only complaint was the delivery time. it took 12 days to get here which is a long time for a plant to be in a box. “2 of the plants ordered are struggling, but the rest are fine.I especially love the "Ogre's Ear" I had ordered from Succulents Depot before, so I wasn't overly concerned. I will "baby" the 2 & see what happens.”

“Plants came quickly and heater still had some heat - over 72 hours later. Neatly wrapped but the plants died within the day of receiving them (I immediately got them indoors and since they were still moist and cold did not water or treat them yet)”

“I didn't like how dry my christmas cactus were when they arrived. I really didn't think they would make it. One was in really bad looking shape. Thankfully once potted and watered well they all did perk up and so far are doing well. Ordering and shipping were fine.”

“The shipment arrived very quickly. They are lovely succulents and such variety in size, shape, and color. However, I am concerned about how dry the plants were when they arrived. The soil literally fell off of the plants making it difficult to transplant them. I am anxious to see if they will all survive.”

“I wish they had been in an any kind of pot because the dirt just fell off the roots when I picked them up and lots of the little “melons” had fallen off!”
