“They are very good price and most of the time I'm happy with my orders but sometimes I get one that's already rotted by the time it gets here. BUT as soon as I email them they will replace the plant”

“All of my choices arrived in good condition except a 2" huernia that rolled around in the box out of the pot. I know that I picked the 2"size but when I saw it, it really looked too small to ship. Was disappointed in the size (my fault) but my other purchases were fine. Did not want to complain about a tiny loose plant because it would be too much bother.”

“My only complaint. The plants were very dry, the mini pot's soil was crumbly dry. I had to soak them in a small bowl overnight to hydrate them. They look very good now, but if I had not opened that box and taken action immediately they would had been terminal. May I suggest putting them in a plastic bag instead of just wrapping in paper? That way they wont dehydrate in transit. I bought 7 different tradescantias, 2 of them were just wrapped in paper, no pot,if it makes a difference.”

“Shipped reasonably quickly & well-packaged; however, I was unprepared for them to appear as if they had just been plucked from someone's garden - roots, dirt, & all! Lol. They were neither bare-root, nor potted, so it was a messy unpack & I had to pot them up immediately. HOWEVER! The plants themselves are absolutely fabulous & a definite bargain 😀 I can tell they were well-cared for & prepped for the trip; the leaves were plump & healthy even though the soil was bone dry (yay texas heatwave lol). Nice variety in specimens, and I'd definitely order from this site again ❤️”

“Packaged securely, double wrapped, arrived very damp. Only one plant had been damaged during packing (crushed) and I am trying to save it. But most of the plants are thriving and look very healthy.”
