“I was excited about the string of pearls... it still looks good and healthy but the "Himalayan Skies" sedum looks terrible and nothing like the pictures online. The cactuses that I ordered seem to be doing ok.”

“The string of dolphins I ordered came through fine. However, the string of hearts I ordered has died within a week of receiving it. I am disappointed as this is the plan of the two that I really wanted.”

“My order 240357 had the plant that looks like a zebra plant was covered with tiny white bugs/mites. I bought Neem Oil have been spraying for 4 days. I need to know how to kill the bugs. I’ve had to clean for 4 DAYS. All my plants from this order and 240357 are infested. What else can I use? Please help me.”

“Ordering was very easy and pricing was really good. Only downside was my order got delayed and ended up being dead by the time I actually got it. The soil was bone dry and heat-packs had been long dead as well. Def no fault of Succulents Depot, just crappy postal service.”

“Three of my items looked terrible when I got them.i did reach out to your support team with my thoughts and some pictures. The swedish I y has since perked up and seems to be ok so far. Both crown of thorns lost all their leaves and and it's a wait and see. The other half of my order was great though. Whether I buy again is dependent on how they do.”
