“I bought 16 different succulents. Mostly I'm happy. However, my Bear's Paw arrived in pieces. My propeller plant fell apart and the core was rotting. So mostly happy. I'm going to buy again and hope for better.”

“Most of my orders have been fine but one, a collection of echevarrias must have been too wet when it was shipped and most of the plants did not survive but I ordered from multiple companies so that one may not have been yours. Generally, I find your plants satisfactory.”

“This would be the second or third order that I've placed will y'all. This purchase was for my mom, for Mother's day.I would've given 5 star,but due to USPS dragging the delivery and the product being scattered to high heaven. Overall the plants looks great except for 2 and one is questionable. Anyway,the past purchase was great. I have a photo of the questionable plants, but don't know where to send them. Mom is babying them to see if she can revive them and help them to recover. In closing, you're a 5 star company, I just wished we as the purchaser had a choice of delivery methods. Thanks, and have a great Memorial Day weekend. Stay safe”

“I was excited about the string of pearls... it still looks good and healthy but the "Himalayan Skies" sedum looks terrible and nothing like the pictures online. The cactuses that I ordered seem to be doing ok.”

“The string of dolphins I ordered came through fine. However, the string of hearts I ordered has died within a week of receiving it. I am disappointed as this is the plan of the two that I really wanted.”

“I ordered a CALLISIA Pink Panther but received a regular CALLISIA not the pink one. Very disappointed. Not happy at all. Makes me feel not to buy again as different plant will be sent :(”
