“Loved the succulents when they first got here, but after one day they shriveled and turned brown. Think they had a culture shock type of thing. How do I fix this???”

“One of the six plants I received came broken in bits. I attempted to repot the broken stems and all but one died anyway. It was the succulent I wanted most. A beautiful pagoda plant. Kind of shattered about it. Otherwise all beautiful and healthy plants that came very dry, so easy to pot and water without overwatering”

“2 of the plants barely made it a week, could be user error but they were very small when they came in, more than expected. some didnt have very good root systems.”

“I did not realize that some of these plants not be potted. I also expected the 2 inch pots to be fuller. It is my own fault that I ordered an Aeonium without realizing that it would come in its dormancy state. maybe that should be in the description for those of us new to succulents. Over all, I don’t feel great about what I got for the cost.”

“Plants were ok. I think mostly due to poor packaging with only paper wrapping and no bubble wrap or something better, my already small 2 inch plants lost some petals and there was dirty everywhere.”

“I ordered 2 of Trandescantia zebrina violet wandering dude. I was surprised that the tiny plants came loosely wrapped separately in paper. Not waxed paper, paper. I would expect plants to come in something that would keep them moist, like waxed paper, plastic bag, a disposable mini-pot. Fortunately, I got them into dirt and pots right away and they look good, though not as red/violent as in the picture.”

“Shipped items were in poor condition upon arrival. One of the three was completely dead. The other two had only two or three live leaves. All were exceptionally dry. After several days in soil and water two stems were enlivened but the third did not survive. Hopefully they will thrive and grow to flower in the fall.”

“3 stars because the box they were delivered in, was tore up ,an absolute mess for the 1rst time....I didn't think a couple plants were even gonna make it at first.. So far so good....Probably whoever did the delivery...Anyway thank you...I love them all..I appreciate you guys”

“Im new to growing succulents', so some of new ones didn't survive. My bunny ears is growing like crazy with lots of new growth. The aloe and CC are doing okay. The only one that didn't make it was donkey tail and one of my tiny plants. Not anyone's fault but my inexperience.”
