“The watermelon succulent arrived great and so far so good. The Kalancho arrived VERY wilted and though it’s been watered and planted and placed in the sun the leaves are still wilted”

“2 of the plants were much smaller than expected and didn't look very healthy. I didn't like the way they were packaged either. but so far they are all still alive.”

“I have emailed you and included picture of my spider plant and how it arrived. No correspondence. I emailed you again. No correspondence. I emailed you today again. My spider plant arrived with the soil spilled. I barely found the plant. Carefully replaced dirt in the pot and put plant in. Today, plant is black and limp. DEAD. All other plants in my first or as well as the others this order are fine. Disappointed in no communications. Already had a list for my third order but not sure this will happen. “I was excited but 2 of them were dead. I am babying the ones that were still alive bc I love plants. I understand with the heat and being on those hot trucks the chance of them being alive is 50-50. I would have liked the wandering Jude to have had more root to work with, it was like you only had the leaves, but so far it is surviving.”

“Plants were dry and wilted. Not wrapped good inside. Soil spilled all over. Plants did do well with immediate planting in soil and watering. Expected better packaging like other companies I have purchased from.”

“Plants arrived completely dried out & shriveled up. I soaked them in water overnight & they bounced right back. They now look beautiful & strong. All were wrapped individually & securely.”

“While most of the plants generally looked okay I am really disappointed in the Aeonium Phoenix Flame. It arrived with missing leaves and some sunburnt spots which I decided I would just to deal with but now, just a couple weeks later, it is in really bad shape. If I were to see this in a store I would not buy it, even on clearance.”

“I bought three different plants, one arrived in a small planter pot. I didn’t realize the others would just be wrapped in paper with dirt, so it was a mess when I opened them up. Also, the succulent came with fungus gnats, something I don’t want all my house plants getting. Overall I was not impressed and will probably not purchase from here again.”
