“It took a while to receive my order of 4 items, three of my succulents were in great shape but one.. I think it needs improvement in packaging the succulents and a better way to secure the dirt and protecting the leaves.”

“The order was quickly delivered, but the packaging wasnt good, the items are not that impressive compared to the other seller. Old and dried leaves still attached. There is a big difference on what are in the pictures vs the actual products. It looks like they just grab and pack without passing thru quality control.”

“Thank You for asking for a review, to be honest, I was a little disappointed, both small pots of the Varigated Holiday Cactus were wrapped well, but both pots had 1:2 the Clades broken off the plants, I did place the broken pieces into the soil of each pot, hopefully they will take root and become new plants… Respectfully, Jeffrey McClelland”

“Just ok. Some were in good shape and some were pitiful. I’ve ordered from this company before and wasn’t that impressed. Gave them another shot a year later and feel the same way. Dissatisfied. I won’t order again. Too many other nurseries with better quality and better prices as well.”

“Received both my Thanksgiving and Christmas cactus after quite a bit of time. I was charged early on way before the shipment was created to be sent, so that I did not agree with. Should not charge a customer till the items ordered ships. Both stems were wrapped in paper towels with a bit of soil which was not described on the site. I was under the impression I was ordering these in small pots of soil, so shocked when received in paper towels and neither were labeled which cacuts it was. The stems at least seem to be in good shape. I immediately planted the stems in pots I have along with succulent soil and they seem to be doing fine so far. They were just delivered a week ago, so time will tell. I have been keeping an eye on them. I want an Easter cactus but I may look elsewhere.”

“The watermelon succulent arrived great and so far so good. The Kalancho arrived VERY wilted and though it’s been watered and planted and placed in the sun the leaves are still wilted”

“I have emailed you and included picture of my spider plant and how it arrived. No correspondence. I emailed you again. No correspondence. I emailed you today again. My spider plant arrived with the soil spilled. I barely found the plant. Carefully replaced dirt in the pot and put plant in. Today, plant is black and limp. DEAD. All other plants in my first or as well as the others this order are fine. Disappointed in no communications. Already had a list for my third order but not sure this will happen.
