“I’ve never ordered a plant online before so didn’t know what to expect. When it arrived, it looked almost dead. Most all the leaves had fallen off or were dried up. Only a bit on top still looked alive. I followed the directions as soon as I received it. Put in pot with succulent soil mixed with perlite and watered. The leaves still look curled and wilted. Am praying it survives”

“Most were healthy but a couple were in such hard dry soil I couldn’t Pierce it with a fork. Had to soak them in water over night and put them in the window for several days before they livened up. I think they will make it. Others were fine.”

“I didn’t care for the packaging. My cactus was a little broken and 2 of my plants arrived wrapped up and wasn’t even in a pot holder. Honestly, I wouldn’t purchase from here again.”

“I'm hoping to have good success with these cuttings but they arrived in pieces and the box smashed terribly. It arrived 5 days later than stated by the carrier so I was looking for a box for a bit. Otherwise I'm hopeful as these look like the plant I was after and one cutting was okay of the 3. Wish me luck!”

“I ordered a subscription box and about a week later 5 plants. I never received my subscription box (mix up at the post office) so I emailed twice to see if they could do anything with USPS since they are the sender-no response. Then I receive my other order that was supposed to be 5 plants...I received 4. I emailed them about this-no response. Customer service is lacking quite a bit apparently. Other than that, the plants I did receive were in good condition. I would order again IF the customer service was better.”
