I ordered a subscription box and about a week later 5 plants. I never received my subscription box (mix up at the post office) so I emailed twice to see if they could do anything with USPS since they are the sender-no response. Then I receive my other order that was supposed to be 5 plants...I received 4. I emailed them about this-no response. Customer service is lacking quite a bit apparently.
Other than that, the plants I did receive were in good condition. I would order again IF the customer service was better.
