“While we are frequent and loyal customers, unfortunately our most recent delivery was very unsatisfactory. Plants were small, soils were either too wet or too dry and the ivers quality was substandard.”

“I was very disappointed when my purchase arrived packaged only with a dry paper holding the roots in loose soil.the plant was void of moisture and barely alive. The advertised product was shown in a 4" grow pot but unfortunately that was not included in the box the plant was shipped in.”

“Im debating on throwing in garbage. I have no idea why the christmas catcus clades came with massive white around the whole clades. I potted in a tiny pot with drainage using quality soil. I have plenty of experience with cuttings of CC, TC ,and EC”

“My variegated Christmas cactus were not variegated. They knew by looking at them when they packed the order. I thought I’d give them a little time to grow and see if they needed more time to produce variegation. They have grown much and still no variegation. Both emails to customer service have gone unanswered. Very unfortunate. I wouldn’t mind the cactus being a scam, yes a scam because they took my money and promised a product that they did not send. I have green Christmas cactus. Didn’t need three more. But it is the customer service that really bothers me. If you can’t respond to your customers your business is trash. We are the reason you are in business. Anyway. Thanks for nothing.”

“Very disappointed. Plant arrived nearly dead with no soil, no instructions or protection from the very cold weather. I planted it immediately in miracle grow plant soil and after 2 weeks it still hasn't recovered. Pictures attached. I highly doubt I will ever order again.”

“I sent a photo and comment on the purchase of Thorn of Crown that arrived dead and 1/3 odf the sise of the picture. I requested a refund and so far no reply. Terribly disturbing”

“My plant arrived is all I can say. It doesn't look anything like the picture online. There are only a couple of tiny, tiny leaves most of wihich were loose laying on the ground. I'm not happy at all. Check out the picture.”

“Delivery is very disapointing. I paid for priory 3-5 day delivery and received the plants 14 days later with half of the plants dead and the other half under stress. After multiple calls with the company and the post office, I found the plants were never shipped when I was told they were. The company offered to resend new plants but I had to jump through more hoops and who knows when I would receive the new plants.”
