“The plant was loose in dirt and it fell everywhere. I was expecting it in a pot like the picture and it didn’t. It came wrapped in paper with a few succulent sticks. Not happy about this.”

“Plant arrived with very dry soil and only wrapped in paper. Planted and it failed to thrive. Emailed support and was told to give it 2 weeks and if it did not improve they would refund me. Leaves are falling off and turning black, but they said it looks great and would only refund 35% of the cost and stopped responding. Will not order from them again and would not recommend them to anyone. Customer service is non existent at this point.”

“The plants were shipped without labels. Most of them were shipped without plastic pots. The 4 inch plants are actually just tiny single leaves that look like they have seen much better days. I usually prefer to kill the plants myself, as opposed to buying them dead. I’m very disappointed and will not be shopping here again.”

“I honestly thought I was buying what was on the picture. When I received my crown of thorns, I thought it was going to be in good conditions. It was dry and almost dead. I hope I can bring it back. First and last time I buy here.”
