“Do not order from this place. I paid 30 dollars for dead plants. No guarantee like they day they have on their site. I got no replacement or refund. I will never order from there again, absolutely horrible customer service. What a waste of money”

“Two of the plants were squashed. One of them looked like it was already dead and the other is trying to survive. Very disappointed!!! I won’t be ordering from you again.”

“I ordered 4 cactus and a heating pouch to keep them warm. (It’s very cold where I live right now.) When I received the items, the pouch wasn’t warm at all. On top of that the dirt from the pots was in the bottom of the box they were shipped in, the cactus had no soil in their pots. I had to repot all 4 of the cactus. I just hope they live. It’s too early to tell right now,”
