“I was really disappointed in how things were shipped and arrived. They dirt was all falling apart with exposed roots and 70% of them have died since I planted them (they were starting to die by the time I got them. I do not recommend this place and will not buy from them again. I’ve ordered through Amazon and Walmart before and had FAR better experiences with packaging and plant quality. STAY AWAY”

“I guess I just dont have good luck with bear root plants this order Plectranthus forsteri 'Marginatus' Variegated Swedish Ivy - 8 Inch × 2 was a mess. I always order 2 of every thing in case a shipment gets ruined. Maybe its our mail system but everything I have ordered this last year from your company has not made it. Even the Tradescantia 'Nanouk' Pink Wandering Dude - 6 Inch × 1 that I purchased for the third time is not going to pull thru. I know you will not replace these plants because you told me that in a letter on my first couple of orders, So I think I must be done this time.”

“The plants are good, shipped well, good quality. BUT thhe deal breaker is getting a text message everytime I visit the site telling me they see me looking at the site. I do not take well to being stalked and watched in this way. I will not be browsing or ordering again for this reason.”
