“No plastic pot, super dry and yellow looking leaves. Horrible! I put in this plastic cup when I picked it up at Post Office and gave it a bit of water. Dirt went easy in my car.😠”

“Wrong item sent.. ordered the larger version was sent the smaller. I don't bother contacting them though as I've been busy with work... It was annoying, but I'll get over it.”

“Second time I ordered from succulents depot. Contacted customer service 3 times and no response. Heat pack was loose in box, box was damaged from mail and the pachyveria bubble had only a few leaves on it, and the remaining leaves keep falling off. I will order elsewhere in the future.”

“Ordered 2 plants both arrived extremely wilted and with in a week one died. The other is still sickly but hanging around. Reached out for replacement or refund twice and have had no response. Extremely disappointed.”

“Not one looks like the pics. I ordered 16 succulents so I can get the free shipping. Shipping was long. Some of the payments were in bad shape. Packaging is just horrible. I should have done my research before I placed an order here. A lot of companies have twice the amount of succulents I purchased with free shipping. Also way better rare quality.”
