“Plant arrived and it's drier than dry....I don't think this shriveled up plant is going to make it....I'm very disappointed in this purchase and will not order from you again!!!!”

“Ive sent 2 emails & a text about my order. I'm not sure what is on the plants I received but I would appreciate an answer back with a solution please.Its either fungal or pests on the plants I have. Please respond to my email. It contains pictures.”

“I was supposed to get a bare root succulent. BARE ROOT. I got a huge chunk of dry crumbling soil with a few stems poking out of the top of it. Not happy, not going to shop with you ever again. -- Trystan Greist”

“Not one looks like the pics. I ordered 16 succulents so I can get the free shipping. Shipping was long. Some of the payments were in bad shape. Packaging is just horrible. I should have done my research before I placed an order here. A lot of companies have twice the amount of succulents I purchased with free shipping. Also way better rare quality.”

“They all arrived dried out and now all have died. They could of survived if they had been packed in wet moss and wrapped in plastic”

“All plants were dried out, some broken. Didn't receive the aloe i paid for. 2 look like they are definitely dying, dropping leaves despite extra care. You should mark your boxes, plants fragile so that they are more careful with handling. Will not order nor recommend.”
