My plants arrived with minimal damage. I got a prickly pear cactus and one pad is loose and floppy. I got a bunny ear cactus and it was kind of smooshed together so the pads are all bent. I also paid extra specifically for 2 day shipping and did not receive my item until 5 days after it shipped. When I received it, the label shows light parcel shipping from USPS and according to their website it can take 2-8 days or longer. Should not list it as "2 day shipping" and charge extra because normal shipping would take the same amount of time. It seems misleading and dishonest... Like they charged me extra for faster shipping and shipper still chose a slow shipping method to save money on their end. Probably would not do business again.
