I purchased 11 plants from Succulents Depot and all but one were delivered successfully. The plants are growing perfectly. The one that did not make it was somehow completely out of the pot and inside the paper. All of the dirt had fallen out so it was pretty much gone when I unwrapped it. It was covered in so much dirt that I couldn't tell what type of plant it was until I cleaned it up. It did eventually die. However, all others are doing well.
