The packaging was horrendous. Two of my plants came as a pile of soil with no nesting pot what so ever...just thrown into paper wrap. Other plants were in poor condition looking like they're knocking on deaths door and the strings of the plant were crunched into paper so all of the succulent "leaves" broke off.
