This is my second order with Succulents Depot and, once again, everything arrived healthy and the heat pack was still warm. I live in the cold midwest and I ordered in cold February, so the heat pack was important and it worked. It's been a couple weeks since I've received my plants and they are all thriving and several have new growth already. And all my plants from an order I placed about 8 months ago are all healthy, happy and growing, as well. Highly recommend!
