Plant arrived completely dead and only wrapped in paper. I tried to reach out to support the next day, March 5th and it's now March 11th... no reply.
I tried to save it since I've saved a lot of plants out my 150+, but was unsuccessful.
Very sad because this is such a beautiful plant.
I will definitely not buy from this company again.
