opened the package upside down bc the end wasnt marked or indicated. But thats my only complaint. My package arrived 2 days sooner than expected. I received the exact plants I ordered and they were both dry but in very good health. Repotting was a breeze and they even included instructions for the new plant parents. I plan to purchase from SD again in the [probably near] future!! Very pleased!
