I tried to resolve this with the seller who only wanted me to make another purchase and then send a replacement. Etsy intervened and refunded the original purchase. The plants arrived in damaged condition due to poor packing and no additional packing placed in the box. They toppled end over end in shipping and dirt was all over the inside of the box. Requested a replacement of at least one plant. I have photos of plants and packaging. No further response from the seller. I purchased it due to the excellent rating but hard to believe that I am the only one this has happened to
