Plant arrived with very dry soil and only wrapped in paper. Planted and it failed to thrive. Emailed support and was told to give it 2 weeks and if it did not improve they would refund me. Leaves are falling off and turning black, but they said it looks great and would only refund 35% of the cost and stopped responding. Will not order from them again and would not recommend them to anyone. Customer service is non existent at this point.
