Looks like it's moldy and it's squished. I don't know if I will be able to save it. I'm so disappointed.
ETA: The company had worked with me to offer a replacement or a refund. As much as I would love a new one, I think the delay in it arriving would happen again. I wish the post office had gotten it here in a few days like they were supposed to & maybe this would not have happened. I am grateful for your employees acting fast with a resolution
