This is the complaint I shared regards my purchase of a wooden triple bin store: I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the wooden triple bin store I recently purchased from your company. Unfortunately, the product arrived with multiple serious defects, and I have had to carry out extensive remedial work to make it functional. The issues encountered include: The doors and lids required cutting to fit correctly. The timber slats were misaligned and did not match the advertised product. The main frame was twisted and unstable, requiring the construction of an internal subframe for support. The ironmongery supplied was of extremely poor quality — parts were either defective or unusable and had to be replaced. Despite being installed on a completely level surface, the unit could not function correctly without the addition of internal support legs to allow the lids to open properly. I have attached photographs clearly showing these issues and the work required to rectify them. These faults indicate a fundamental failure in quality control and have caused significant inconvenience, time loss, and additional expense. Given the circumstances, I am requesting appropriate compensation for the time and money wasted in correcting what should have been a properly manufactured product. The company replied with passive aggressive emails. We have never received compensation nor an apology. Please be cautious before purchasing from this company. Our experience has been very poor.
