I’ve given them the time that trading standards have said and still nothing .
So it now looks like court action and quite frankly I hope it closes the business down as I’m not the only one that’s had bad service from them .
They can’t keep blaming covid as they are doing they are NOT to be trusted . Swing broke after 6 week .
