Forest Springs MHC in Nevada County CA was purchased by Sun Communities in January. They were told to clean up common areas(wild fire hazards), repair street lighting, and address billing issues. Here it is end off July and nothing has been done because it's not budget. 2 managers have quit and a new one starts today. We still don't have a lease, so we have no idea what to expect, month to month, year, or long term.
