Great experience overall. The Sundae agents were very clear and professional. I sold my house within almost a month from initial contact to closing. No hidden fees. I never felt pressured on accepting any offer. Could I have received more money for my house if I had put in on the market? Probably, but I didn't want to deal with all of that and i also realized the investor and broker have to make money also. If you dont want to deal with repairs, showings, realtors, and want to sell it fast I would recommend Sundae.
