I was very happy with how the sale of my house went. I was told I wouldn’t have show my house, or get an appraisal, or haul off things I don’t didn’t want to take, and that is exactly how things were. I received a fair price for my house, and was very pleased with everything that happened. Escrow ladies were very helpful, and pleasant to work with. Title company were great, and very helpful in answering all my concerns. I could not have found a better company to work with. While trying to pack, I wouldn’t have wanted to stage my house, and have people come walk though my house to see if they wanted to buy it. Thank Sundae, Dustin, Pat, Bernadette and everyone else that helped me. I will forever be greatful
