We felt that the offer was fair and when I did the math again and again, subtracting the agents fees, closing costs, price of repairs, and opportunity costs of having the money now instead of waiting for months, the offer really fell in line. Plus, it was worth some money to save all the usual aggravation of selling a house. We were very pleased with the process service.
