It is by far the worst agency we have dealt with. There is a property in Dunton Green going which would have been perfect for the both of us as it was between both mine and my partners house and we could still keep an eye on our elderly unwell parents. I emailed them on the friday. My partner rang them on the Monday. He was told emailing is the best way. So he emailed. I rung on tuesday to chase it up. She told me as soon as he is off the phone ( I assume she means the notorious John, who I've been reading all these bad reviews about) would call us back as we are a priority. It's been over a week now and we havnt heard anything but we have actually now found a bigger property a little further out and is a £100 dearer but x4 the size of the Dunton Green flat with Ashton Burkinshaw, who got back to us within an hour of our email and sorted everything out that very day. We decided not to go with Sunflower lettings because they cant get back to an email even though they could have had that property filled within that hour so we dont trust that they will be there for us, should the boiler or heating go. We would be screwed. I feel sorry for the landlord who has had his property vacant since July. You could have had it filled but Sunflower Lettings is more like Sunflower Letdowns. I'd take your business somewhere else darling because they're taking you for a ride and making money out of you.
