Terrible agents who will never return any calls, emails or texts should you need them. One thing they are good at is to rip you off. He (John) has charged 5 weeks of deposıt whereas legally he was only supposed to charge for 1 week. You can only get part of the payment ıf you complain about them to the Property Ombudsman Office otherwise you wıll never ever be able to get a penny back. Do Stay cleer away from Sunflower Lettings as much as you can!!
