No words can describe this man and his lettings agency.
I've been renting from them for nearly 5 years now. House needs serious repair work and after multiple appeals no work has been carried out. Landlords have all but fallen off the face of the planet with no response from any emails and John refusing to reply to any emails and let's calls go to voicemail. Unbelievable
