So, I sat on my sunglasses. A beautiful pair of Randolph Engineering Concorde with blue lenses and gold plating. Bent the bayonet-style arms up near the hinge. Both sides. Bent them so badly the storage case wouldn't close properly. After the denial came self-recrimination. And then, months, of prevarication. Couple of weeks ago I took the train from Cork to Dublin. Walked to Dawson Street and into the Sunglasses.ie store. A brief chat with Robbie and I went for a bite to eat. Came back an hour later and collected my, fully, repaired glasses. From, can't wear them to, any excuse and they're on me, in the space of a few minutes. You cannot beat that kind of service.
