“Dealt with Robbie over the last couple of months in regards to a pair of sunglasses that I purchased abroad, which turned out to be faulty. Although not purchased in sunglasses.ie, Robbie was fantastic and so helpful. He chased the brand to get the issue resolved and ended up with positive result. Highly recommend”

“I was visiting Dublin a few weeks ago when my friend sat on my Serengeti sunglasses and damaged both temple hinges. I took them into Sunglasses.ie and learned that the model had been discontinued and replacement parts were not available. Rob then tried to fix them by bending the hinge back into shape. He succeeded, preserving by $200 sunglasses. Rob then declined payment from me, which was astoundingly generous. Such excellent customer service. I highly recommend Rob and his team at sunglasses.ie -- they have wonderful product and are exceptional people.”

“I ordered a pair of sunglasses from the website and went through the whole process of paying to only be emailed several hours later that they are out of stock. Strange that they would let a pair of sunglasses be advertised for sale on the website and allow me to go through the whole process of purchasing them to be told hours later they are out of stock and the money is already taken from my account. I can see on the website they are still there to be ordered now as well.”

“I had a dramatic problem with my glasses (with progressive lenses) during a vacation. I was so lucky to meet Robert and his young assistant. I was an unknown guy, but they have been helpful, nice, efficient, rapid, honest … while various others have not! 1000 stars for Robert and Sunglasses.ie !!”

“I bought a pair of ray ban sunglasses the 15th of July, first the wrong address was put on the label and they got lost when they finally got to me they felt off, I have had these exact pair before and I just didn’t think they were the same feel a lot of squeaking and very light I contact Robbie and he was very good to deal with said that he could refund once return I posted them asap the 1st of August and I had emailed to say I had posted and I hope you received them and he said no he hadn’t, it is now the 20th of August I am not getting any reply’s to my emails and no refund received ! Very disappointed as I wanted to support an Irish shop and didn’t receive the high quality shopping experience their website makes out”

“Robbie was so lovely. He repaired Oakley glasses for me and did NOT Charge me. A lovely man and his assistant was equally nice. Will definitely buy all my future sun glasses from him. He also carries regular glasses. A real find!”

“My sunglasses have prescription lenses so I need them at this time of year. They needed some TLC, especially as I am off on holidays. My optician gave me Sunglasses.ie card so I called Robbie. He pulled out all the stops and got me sorted in jig time. Cracking job, great service and sensible price. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
