As a walk-in, Peter kindly gave prompt advice and fixed the arm on my glasses with his expertise. I truly appreciated this as I’m travelling from overseas and rely on my glasses to read. Thank very much!

Really good sales service, explains and advises to suit different requirements, after sales atrocious, left glasses in to be fixed at the start of July, was told it would take 7-10 days, 2 weeks passed not a word, rang 4 times and was told each time someone would ring back but no reply, in the end I had to drop in during my work hours and I have since found out part was never ordered and only ordered the last time I rang, comming up to a month now and I'm still none the wiser of when I'll get my glasses back.

Finally I got my Guess sunglasses, after I was upset, because of the late answer for delivery time, today I received them and I really like them, also my prescription lenses are clear, thank you and happy to order next time.

I ordered my sunglasses around 3 weeks now and I still didn’t get any updates about delivery time, also my flight next few days and I am confused what I will do, I send them email and they didn’t answer.

I had a fantastic experience thanks to Robert! I wasn't happy with the initial Ray-Ban frame I chose, but Robert made the exchange process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to understand my style and preferences, and helped me find the perfect frame that suits me so much better. His patience, professionalism, and eye for detail truly made a difference. I'm extremely happy with my new Ray-Bans and grateful for his help. Highly recommend asking for Robert if you're looking for great service and honest guidance!

I brought in a badly broken frame with not much hope of repair A few days later got them back as good as new. Excellent service the staff are so friendly and helpful. Couldn’t recommend this place enough

Hi Wanted to get a set of yellow driving glasses for my birthday. Went to all the main glasses retailers who not only had nothing but weren’t interested in helping me leaving me very disappointed. On my way to grab the dart home I walked past the Sunglasses.ie shop on Dawson St and went in. Robbie the manager couldn’t have been more helpful. I found a set I liked and he said he could change the lens for the yellow that i wanted and had them ready within a week. I am thrilled with them they’re exactly what I wanted and the after service has been brilliant too. Would highly recommend you visit for any and all types of glasses that you might need 😊

Dreadful service, in particular the repair service. Management never replied to emails or return calls. Still waiting for a repair 6 weeks now

My order has been placed on “hold” for over a month. They took my money very quickly. I wrote them to ask why it was on hold. A Robbie called me but left a VM to call them but there phone just keeps ringing. I have wrote over 4 emails with no response. I was really hoping to use their service but am very disappointed with the customer service and misleading website and reviews. If someone can reach out or reporting fraud with my bank is my only option at this point.

I bought a pair of Ray Ban Meta Wayfarer from the shop in Dawson street and found their service exceptional. No fuss lens measurrment and fitting and great customer experience.

Placed an order on March 29th. Money was taken from my card extremely promptly, got email with invoice confirming my order was placed. Status of order has been "processing" ever since. No updates, or responses to 2 emails I have sent to enquire on status if my order ( and yes, I have checked spam folder) I guess a credit card charge back request with my bank is my only remaining option?

Rang today to get a price and information about sun glasses repair , the man who answered the want very helpful told me they do fix them but aren’t taken in any for a week or two , must have plenty of money

Hi there, I'm really in disbelief with this 1 star review. Yes I have had to stop accepting anymore repairs for two weeks due to the upsurge in repair enquiries and current jobs awaiting completion. I'm terribly sorry for being honest with you and for not being able to meet your expectations this time around. Called into Sunglasses store today with my husband who had purchased several pairs of Serengetti glasses from Robbie throughout the years, the ones I had on were slightly damaged I gave them to Robbie and he fixed them free of charge, in the meantime he showed me a newer range from Maui &Jim and honestly due to his professionalism and service we gladly purchased them knowing that the customer service is excellent 👌

Brought two pairs of sunglasses in to Robbie before Christmas. One pair was under warranty the other not. I had to wait a while to have them fixed (not long) and because of this Robbie did not charge for the fixing of either pair. Extremely good customer service and I will definitely go back to the store.

Robbie has an unbelievable collection of sunglasses with the trendiest and brightest colours thinkable, they really are unique. I buy all my sunglasses in Sunglasses.ie and people are always paying me compliments on them! Robbie is very accomodating to boot and nothing is ever too much trouble. I would really recommend if you are after something unique and individual with that little bit of quirke !

Ordered a pair of rayban aviators on January 9th. Paid for them got the confirmation email. Heard nothing for over a week and then the money arrived back in my account. No contact from anyone as to why my order was cancelled or anything. If I’m spending that much money on sunglasses I expect better…
