Dreadful service, in particular the repair service. Management never replied to emails or return calls. Still waiting for a repair 6 weeks now

My order has been placed on “hold” for over a month. They took my money very quickly. I wrote them to ask why it was on hold. A Robbie called me but left a VM to call them but there phone just keeps ringing. I have wrote over 4 emails with no response. I was really hoping to use their service but am very disappointed with the customer service and misleading website and reviews. If someone can reach out or reporting fraud with my bank is my only option at this point.

Placed an order on March 29th. Money was taken from my card extremely promptly, got email with invoice confirming my order was placed. Status of order has been "processing" ever since. No updates, or responses to 2 emails I have sent to enquire on status if my order ( and yes, I have checked spam folder) I guess a credit card charge back request with my bank is my only remaining option?

Rang today to get a price and information about sun glasses repair , the man who answered the want very helpful told me they do fix them but aren’t taken in any for a week or two , must have plenty of money

Hi there, I'm really in disbelief with this 1 star review. Yes I have had to stop accepting anymore repairs for two weeks due to the upsurge in repair enquiries and current jobs awaiting completion. I'm terribly sorry for being honest with you and for not being able to meet your expectations this time around. Ordered a pair of rayban aviators on January 9th. Paid for them got the confirmation email. Heard nothing for over a week and then the money arrived back in my account. No contact from anyone as to why my order was cancelled or anything. If I’m spending that much money on sunglasses I expect better…

I ordered a pair of sunglasses from the website and went through the whole process of paying to only be emailed several hours later that they are out of stock. Strange that they would let a pair of sunglasses be advertised for sale on the website and allow me to go through the whole process of purchasing them to be told hours later they are out of stock and the money is already taken from my account. I can see on the website they are still there to be ordered now as well.

I bought a pair of ray ban sunglasses the 15th of July, first the wrong address was put on the label and they got lost when they finally got to me they felt off, I have had these exact pair before and I just didn’t think they were the same feel a lot of squeaking and very light I contact Robbie and he was very good to deal with said that he could refund once return I posted them asap the 1st of August and I had emailed to say I had posted and I hope you received them and he said no he hadn’t, it is now the 20th of August I am not getting any reply’s to my emails and no refund received ! Very disappointed as I wanted to support an Irish shop and didn’t receive the high quality shopping experience their website makes out

I ordered a pair of sunglasses from this company. I paid upfront by card .The sunglasses that where advertised they didn't have . They wanted me to wait at least a week and half before they "might have the glasses in " So in summary they wanted to use my money to buy in sunglasses the advertised but don't even have absolutely fraud of a company Loren.

Bought a pair of sunglasses online as a gift. The money was taken from my account but I received a call the next day to say they weren't in stock, and hadn't been for 4 weeks, and they are finding it hard to stay on top of such a busy online business. That is fair enough, but the money will now take up to 10 days to go back in to my account, Christmas month. Not fair enough. Inventory management is the least I'd expect when paying this amount of money for a product. People don't have the money to wait this amount of time to be refunded, so I couldn't recommend this company in good faith.

Ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses online after checking their returns policy. This says that there are “no hidden T&Cs” and offer a full refund if you aren’t happy. Turns out this isn’t the case and there are hidden terms - these are apparently available to click on at checkout. Tried web form for returns - no response. Tried email, told to send back to shop or drop in. Tried to drop in, but shop wouldn’t accept them. More emails and then a call from Owner. Eventually offered a refund of c. 1/3 of the price upon return of frames. Very frustrating experience with whole ordeal. I see owner threatens legal action on another negative review - hope I don’t get same! He’d be better employed having lawyers check working on returns policy. Other online stores do offer full refund on prescription sunglasses.

Hi John, Thank you for your review. I'm terribly sorry you feel this way but as I pointed out in our phone conversation we have complied with the terms and conditions of our business. You agreed to these terms and conditions prior to paying for your custom prescription order. This is made perfectly clear on our website at checkout. There is nothing hidden in our companies policies and we always maintain to be transparent with our customers. Your lenses were ordered specifically through Oakley and had there been a problem with the prescription we would absolutely rectify this for you. Unfortunately, the fact that the frame doesn’t suit you, is not our fault. I have, as a gesture of goodwill, offered you a refund on the frame but we cannot return your lenses to Oakley as they were custom made for you. Our reputation as a business is something we have worked hard for since 2007 and we have always endeavoured to give our customers satisfaction. Unfortunately, I feel satisfaction, in this case, is not possible. Kind Regards Robbie

Placed an order on the 9th, took me a while to get the paid invoice confirmation. Got into the chat requesting this and they send to me...Never got a order number or confirmation, as I paid 262 in a Gucci Sunglasses I asked when I would expect the delivery date, they informed me that they are short in staff because of the COVID restrictions and would take another few days to be dispatched...waited a week and nothing...got in the chat again and they contacted me back...the person was absolutely rude over the phone and saying that I had contacted them so many times"of course buying from Ireland to Ireland and take more than a week to get a delivery date"...Requested my refund and she said would be refunded straight away...hum mow there is another story as I haven't got the refund yet...so there is no straight away hum??? avoid this company until we can get to their shops and buy physically...

Ordered a pair of sunglasses for mi wife's birthday present. Website advertises free shipping on the same day if ordered before 1 pm. I got an email to say shipping wont take place for another 8 days. When queried, staff are friendly and offered alternatives but it all comes down to " Please note that in very rare cases delivery can take up to 28 days". These should be advertised at the point of sale. Not happy.

Next week will be the start of the 5th week since I ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses, I have called many times to be told firstly they are in the lab then they needed more measurements and today the same thing they are in the lab they will have them next week like I have been told again and again. I am very disappointed with this service and although the reviews appear very good for non-prescription sunglasses, I would recommend avoiding this company if you do not plan on waiting a lifetime for this lab that must be on the other side of the globe at this rate. The customer service team have been very pleasant but not helpful. At this stage I feel like it's just a joke!

Order a pair of sunglasses, wanted to return them cause my wife did not like them, the return process is ridiculous, but I went with it, I sent the glasses on a box using tracked post delivery. An Post said that they delivered the package, but you claim you didn't get it. I have not glasses and no refund. It's the worst customer experience I have ever had when it comes to returning a package.

I purchased sunglasses in March before lockdown. I recieved the glasses months later. I tried to contact via email but never heard anything back. I will never use this company again.

I ordered a concrete model of sunglasses and received a different one (translucid frame instead of black as advertised). I wanted to return these incorrectly sent item and vendor was not responsive. I had to use PayPal protection to get my money back, but I had to pay myself the 15 euro that the tracked return package. I am not happy with the experience.

Ordered a size 52 but received a size 55 and filled out the return form,was informed on my account that they were awaiting stock on the 30th of may,it's now the 13th of june and I'm off on holidays in two weeks,no information and no update on status, emailed and was told "a ticket has been created" very poor experience so far for me.

Terrible delivery service for oversea clients good 1) the good i first selected on the web was sold out , they have brought me a bit benefit terrible things . 1) wrong good delivery ( understandable ) 2) no cash back ( delivery fee remittance) 3) long delivery terms still i do not know how the good looks like , have not arrived & not been on my hand without any messages 4) tracking service terrible terrible i will also leave the reputation of this company on google
