Order a pair of sunglasses, wanted to return them cause my wife did not like them, the return process is ridiculous, but I went with it, I sent the glasses on a box using tracked post delivery. An Post said that they delivered the package, but you claim you didn't get it.
I have not glasses and no refund. It's the worst customer experience I have ever had when it comes to returning a package.
