I ordered a pair of sunglasses with next day delivery. Jodie mailed me to say that the glasses were not available for next day delivery and explained that the ETA was 7-10 working days and refunded the money immediately. I was not left wondering where the shipment was or having to chase delivery. This is the type of proactive customer support that every business should provide. Even though I was not a customer this time, I would highly recommend the business to anyone and I will make it my destination for the next pair of sunglasses I buy!
