Dealt with Robbie over the last couple of months in regards to a pair of sunglasses that I purchased abroad, which turned out to be faulty. Although not purchased in sunglasses.ie, Robbie was fantastic and so helpful. He chased the brand to get the issue resolved and ended up with positive result. Highly recommend
