I ordered a pair of bolle sunglasses along with a cleaning kit. The sunglasses arrived very quickly and are fine. The cleaning kit did not arrive so I sent an email enquiring if it was being dispatched separately. With no response after two weeks I sent a reminder. I got an immediate response with an apology and an assurance that the cleaning kit would be dispatched immediately for next day delivery. That was on the 20th January. It never arrived. Poor service.
