Tried to order replacement chain sprocket, for Sunjoe pole saw.
Contacted Customer Service for parts number/list or exploded view diagram.
Sunjoe does not supply any repair parts for there polesaws or any other tool.
Because they are manufacturered in China - per Customer Service rep.
How can you sell a product offer a warranty - lousy 90-days, and supply NO PARTS.
Yet they do not POST A DISCLAIMER.
