BEWARE!!! This is for a now-paperweight chainsaw. I submitted a warranty claim, and they repeatedly kept requesting information I either had already submitted or didn’t have access to, or sending me on wild goose chases to give them tax and shipping. I didn’t know tax and shipping, so I told them if they need it to give me a refund, feel free to deduct those amounts. It’s obvious they have no intention to ever standing behind their product and just hide behind arbitrary and inconsequential “requirements”.
