I competed in a wrestling tournament over 13 hours and Sun River Honey was the energy source I needed to keep me going! Before every warm-up and all 5 matches I would eat an energy gel. It sat so well in my stomach, was easily digestible, and tasted great. It is by far one of my favorite quick energy sources for competition and training. I take them with me all over the world for training and competitions! Would highly recommend it for any type of athlete!
